Ce que le grand public et les politiciens ignorent, c'est que les géants de la Tech (Google, Microsoft) sont tout aussi terrifiés par leur propre gouvernement. Le CLOUD Act détruit leurs ventes internationales.
Pour protéger leurs profits mondiaux, ils ont donc créé une "faille" algorithmique légale : le Chiffrement Côté Client (Client-Side Encryption - CSE), basé sur l'architecture Zero Trust. The whole world is currently watching the French state (and many others) panic over the unpredictability of the US administration. Terrified by the reach of the CLOUD Act and political instability, ministries are considering abandoning Windows infrastructure to flee toward "local" or Open Source solutions (Linux).
As a Financial Architect (INTP/8w7), I watch this spectacle with clinical fascination. It is the typical emotional reaction of organizations with archaic foundations. When the infrastructure of a State or a business relies on the mood of a politician rather than on mathematics, that State is already vulnerable. Burning billions in OPEX to "flee" superior technology is an intellectual defeat.
The Antidote Coded by Big Tech
What the general public and politicians ignore is that Tech giants (Google, Microsoft) are just as terrified of their own government. The CLOUD Act destroys their international sales.
