Generation X, A.I. Brain: Why I Love Working with Millennials and Gen Z

Hello everyone, and welcome to the inner workings!

Today, I'm sharing an observation that goes against many clichés. Yes, I am a Generation X entrepreneur (the one that invented the internet, but still sometimes uses weird acronyms, hehe). And yet, I realize that my most fluid and stimulating partnerships are with entrepreneurs in their twenties and thirties.

I love a challenge. And with this generation, I've found my ideal playground.

The Architect Meets Execution (The Secret to Synergy)

This isn't about age; it's about architectural logic. My INTP-A brain and my Ascendant Capricorn rigor marry perfectly with the values of this younger generation:

  1. They don't pay for routine: Millennials and Gen Z don't want manual processes. They only pay for strategy and maximum efficiency. This immediately validates my Chaos-Free model and my value-based pricing.

    • My Role: I give them the A.I. flight plan.

    • Their Role: They pilot the execution at high speed (scaling).

  2. They embrace technology without friction: They were born digital. I don't have to convince them that QuickBooks, Google Drive, and A.I. are the solution. They expect me to be the Architect of that system, which frees me from basic technical training tasks. That's strategic time saved!

  3. They are results-oriented: They want things to move fast. This fuels my Financial Action Propeller (8w7) side. My direct and frank style isn't perceived as criticism, but as efficiency and honesty.

The Lesson

I've learned that my Architect work is most valued when I can focus on system design while my client handles the quick execution.

My success is intimately linked to this generation's ability to embrace the technology I use and their desire to scale quickly. I am their structure, and they are my fuel for innovation.

So, if you are between 25 and 35 and need structure to propel your growth Chaos-Free, you've found your strategic partner.
