Bilingual Strategy: 3 New Services to Propel Francophones into Action

 

The Dream of Propulsion and Immersion

My firm, leveraging my multidisciplinary approach and my philosophy of depth, is constantly evolving. My next major undertaking is to support the Francophone business ecosystem across Canada and beyond.

I am preparing the launch of three new services open to the Francophonie, and to anyone who desires a true immersion in Business French to propel their projects.

1. The Propulsion Diagnostics (INTP Clarity)

Success begins with precise evaluation. I am launching two rapid, strategic propulsion diagnostics, based on logic and data:

• Solepreneur Diagnostic: A quick analysis tool for the solepreneur who wants to clarify their strategic alignment, validate their value-based pricing, and optimize their efficiency system (the "Efficient Turtle").

• SME Diagnostic (Under 30 Employees): A focused analysis of financial data and processes to identify leverage points that ensure healthy, profitable growth (the depth I committed to).

2. The Hybrid Propulsion Group (Structured Immersion)

This is my most ambitious project: creating a hybrid group designed for those seeking immersion and action.

• The Environment: The group is 100% Francophone. My goal is to welcome approximately 70% Francophones and 30% Anglophones. This is a true Business French immersion experience. Anglophones come seeking language immersion, while Francophones share their business culture. It's a space where both languages can meet and mutually enrich each other.

• 80% Asynchronous (The Body): The bulk of the work will be done asynchronously (written analyses, Loom videos) to ensure you have the flexibility and time for reflection (my INTP). This is where solid systems are built.

• 20% Private (The Soul): These private sessions are reserved for targeted strategic consulting and validating crucial steps.

The Vision: Propelling the Francophonie in Business

My intention is clear: to help entrepreneurs confidently launch into Francophone environments, using Business French as a strategic leverage point rather than a constraint.

This launch is progressive and aligns with my "Built in Public" approach. I am sharing the behind-the-scenes creation of these services, without any immediate call to action. I simply invite you to follow the evolution of these three propulsion tools!
