🗣️ The Architect Goes Bilingual: My Strategy for Expansion and Personal Growth

LIRE EN FRANÇAIS

Today, I am sharing a crucial strategic decision that affects both my personal development and the growth of my firm: my two blogs (The Strategic Lab and The Inner Workings) will henceforth be bilingual (French/English).

1. The Logic of the Numbers (INTP-A)

I did not make this decision on a whim. Analyzing the data from my blogs revealed an undeniable fact: my reach is international. My primary readers are in the United States and the rest of Canada, but also significantly in Europe.

My role as an Architect is to meet the needs of my market. English being the international language of business and innovation, I am launching the translation of my analyses.

2. The Architect's Challenge (Multipotentialite and 8w7)

This transition is both a personal project and a challenge I am thrilled to embrace.

  • Improving competence: I want to improve my own spoken and written English. By publishing my analyses in both languages, I am imposing the necessary rigor upon myself to master this language skill.

  • Structured Expansion: Bilingualism is the most effective lever for expansion. It opens the doors to the Canadian, American, and European markets, all without compromising my minimalist model.

3. How This Works for You (Clarity)

Going forward, when I publish a new article, it will be accompanied by its version in the other language.

  • One article, two versions: You will only have to click on the "Lire en Français" or "Read in English" option at the top of the page to switch.

  • The same rigor: The promise is the same for both languages: structured analysis, complete transparency, and concrete solutions for your growth.

This is a commitment to efficiency and expansion. I invite you to explore the first translations in the Strategic Lab!
